In order to account for the dilution factor of ice cubes, you should brew coffee using one and a half times to twice the amount of ground coffee per cup than normal. Iced Mint Coffee: Mix together 1/2 cup of coffee, 1/8 teaspoon mint extract, 1 tablespoon heavy cream (or 1/4 cup milk or half & half ). Pour over ice. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig if desired. | |
